Darwin to Perth

Leg 15

*** THIS VOYAGE WAS CANCELLED DUE TO COVID-19. FOR MORE INFORMATION, PLEASE VISIT HERE ***

Leaving Darwin, the capital of the Northern Territories, we will sail west across the Timor Sea towards the Indian Ocean. Then we will continue south along the coastline of Western Australia. Sailing 2,000 nautical miles in total, we will continue our onboard science programme whilst enjoying the natural wonders of the world’s largest fringing reef – World Heritage listed Ningaloo Reef. Being on the west of Australia, we will be treated to glorious sunsets and turquoise seas. We will end this journey in Fremantle, a port just south of the Swan River in Perth. Here we will step ashore and share the findings and stories from our voyage to raise awareness of the health of our oceans and the actions people can take to help to protect them.
